Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the popzar platform, including the website at popzar.bio, all associated applications, gaming interfaces, betting systems, promotional tools, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by popzar under an international gaming license.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and popzar. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

The popzar Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. popzar applies a strict 21+ age policy across all gaming products and services.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or from any other gaming platform operated by popzar or its affiliates.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of popzar, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting under duress or as a consequence of any addiction that impairs your capacity to make free and informed decisions regarding gaming activity.

popzar reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by popzar may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of popzar services, you must create a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account on the popzar Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, popzar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted or available.
• Notify popzar immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

popzar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from popzar that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

popzar supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your popzar account are available for wagering immediately upon clearance. popzar does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in our Help Centre. popzar applies a standard verification check on all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Pending Withdrawals: popzar reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for security and compliance review. In cases where KYC verification is outstanding, withdrawals may be held for longer pending document submission and review.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. popzar bears no responsibility for exchange rate losses if a player's bank or payment provider applies conversion charges.
• Fraudulent Payments: Any deposit made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, or any deposit made using fraudulently obtained funds, will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

popzar is not a financial institution. Funds held in your popzar account do not accrue interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. You should only deposit funds you can afford to lose in the normal course of gaming activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

popzar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible, verified players who meet the stated criteria for each specific offer.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• popzar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring obligations already incurred by players who have begun wagering under the terms of an active offer.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms, or where popzar reasonably suspects abuse of a promotional offer, may be voided along with any associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at a lower rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on the popzar Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market. These rules are accessible within each game interface and on the sportsbook platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules displayed within the game or market shall take precedence.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets:

• All bets are accepted at popzar's absolute discretion. popzar reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. Where data feed errors or delays occur, popzar reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

With respect to casino games and slots:

• All casino games on the popzar Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed studio providers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake will be returned to your account balance.
• popzar accepts no liability for any interruption of service, network failure, or disconnection that occurs during a game round that is caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the popzar Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, regardless of the identity used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological aids to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicate strategies.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any software component of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward popzar staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the popzar Platform — including but not limited to the popzar brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of popzar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform without prior written consent from popzar.
• Use any popzar branding, trademarks, or content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of popzar's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

Privacy & Data Protection

popzar is committed to protecting the privacy of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• popzar does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) solely for the purpose of delivering popzar services.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

Responsible Gaming

popzar is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of the time elapsed during your gaming session.

Account Suspension & Closure

popzar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or payment provider.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of activity consistent with problem gambling where popzar has a duty of care obligation.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-ineligible funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, popzar's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, and any gaming activity shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by you to your popzar account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

popzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless popzar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content you submit to the Platform, including communications via live chat or support channels.

Amendments to These Terms

popzar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, popzar will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact popzar's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 calendar days of receipt of your complaint.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to a formal dispute resolution process as follows:

• Written complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account ID]".
• popzar will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final decision within 28 calendar days of receipt.
• Where a player remains dissatisfied with popzar's final decision, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under popzar's international gaming license.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which popzar's gaming license is held. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
